Ever since my childhood in Normandy, I’ve always wanted to become a chef at a gourmet restaurant in Paris. I’ve been lucky enough to work at L’Espadon, L’Epicure, Le Ritz, and Le Bristol, each of which has contributed to my dream of running a gourmet restaurant in Paris. Each experience has enriched my passion for this art form and brought me closer to my goal of leading a gourmet restaurant in Paris.
